7. Account Closure & Suspension
Siti8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a violation, siti8 is not obligated to return any remaining balance in that account.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned after the verification process is complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
Siti8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from gaming, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. All games are provided on an "as-is" basis and game outcomes are determined by a licensed, independently audited RNG system.
